    After about three and a half years of experimenting with different herbs and spices and various combinations of peppers and tomatoes, a salsa was born.  This concoction was popular fare at family outings and friendly gatherings.

    A friend, who at times talks in his sleep, blurted out in the middle of the night "B S (BOB'S SALSA) yeah that's it!  BOB'S SALSA that's what we will call it."  So that catchy name now appears on each jar of our salsa.

    Using local fairs, festivals, and markets as testing grounds we were overwhelmed by the response we received from this market segment.  We began to get feedback from the market requesting different degrees of "bite" and for larger containers and for smaller containers.  Our limited marketing made the product unavailable on a regular daily basis. Our consumers demanded  more reliable sources. Local retailers and specialty shops agreed to fill that void.

    BOB'S SALSA Is now being sold  in mild, medium, hot, and for the adventurous, extra hot.  It is being distributed in 12 and 32 ounce jars. We have sold tens of thousands of  jars since September, 1996.
